Paris 3

i learned that certain european cities/countries sleep later on certain days of the week.  for example, the french sleep late on thursday night.  maybe this only happens in paris.  but, this worked out fine on this thursday late afternoon as i didn’t wake up until 2:30pm and it was raining.  and, the musee orsay opens until 9:45pm rather than their usual 6pm.  plus, it was raining.  so, off to somewhere indoor and opens late i go.
